Please click the relevant links below the button to find out what additional information we require from you when booking your appointment depending on the reason you are coming to visit.
INSTRUMENT TESTING
To allow us to best help you, we require the following additional information when booking your instrument testing appointment. This can be entered in the “Comments” box below your contact details.
Type of instrument you are looking to test (e.g. Flute, Alto Saxophone, Piano etc.)
Level of player (e.g. beginner, grade 5 etc.)
Budget (e.g. up to £1000)
Please note, if you are looking to come and test instruments on the same day as you are booking, you must ring first to ensure we can accommodate you. All instrument testing appointments must be arranged in advance of arrival.
REPAIRS
To allow us to make your repair drop off or collection as smooth as possible, we require the following additional information when booking your appointment. This can be entered in the “Comments” box below your contact details.

Type of instrument
Is it coming in for service or repair?
Is a loan instrument required?
Collections
Your receipt number (usually 5 digits, on the white slip of paper given to you when you dropped off the repair)
Please also remember to bring payment with you. This must be by cheque or cash. We cannot accept card payments for repairs.
RENTALS
To allow us to make your rental collection or return as smooth as possible, we require the following additional information when booking your appointment. This can be entered in the “Comments” box below your contact details.
Returning a rental instrument
Instrument
Serial number (if known/possible) - this can be found on the instrument case, or on the body of the instrument.
Arranging & collecting a rental instrument
Please speak to us in advance of setting up a rental to discuss your options. Once you have spoken to us, please book your appointment using the button above to collect the instrument and sort any necessary paperwork or payment. In the “Comments” box, just confirm what instrument it is you are collecting.
